New box installed,worked 5m froze,no sly now

Hi peeps, installed vix image.
Providers correct, signal good, Internet good, epg and channel search all good, had superman 3 on for 5m, froze, restarted cam and now no sly.....any help appreciated.
I have a pan connection in info-network. I don't get any ecm data info though.....

Did you run a network test on box?
restart router?
When did you get line/gift and was it an all in one deal, box and line off a certain auction site?
 
Network test? yes restarted router, it's an ee brightbox. Bought line from reliable seller whom iv been with over a year and have multiple lines with.
Box bought from zgemma site.
 
Update.
Network test all green lights. Lan connection green light. Still no sly.
Cam restarted multiple times,along with router.still no sly.
Is there a limit of open ports in ee router or need some settings changed?
Installed a dozen or so boxes and never had probs like this.....
Advice welcomed
 
Everything points to a dodgy sub.

All checks showing ok then it boils down to your line.

Try restarting your cams if you haven't already done so.
 
I have over 10 line with same chap though....yes restarted cam. Still no luck, just reflashed and still no change.....

Could be his server is over populated, or is temporarily down. Contact him for clarification.

Are all 10 lines down?

You could try a new line in that time (maybe a test) and that would help you decide if it is the line or your box.

Have just emailed. Little concerned as line if different server to rest I have.
Zgemma has ip ending in. 77 does this need changing or anything with router
