New Hard Drive question

I just bought a new 2TB externally powered Hard Drive.

The File System is currently NTFS. I was under the impression that I should format this to FAT32 before I attach to the zGemma H2S, however when I go to format the drive on my PC I only have the exFAT option.

Would someone be kind enough to tell me what I need to do so I can mount the drive?

No just stick it in the zgemma and go to

Menu
Setup
System
Storage devices
Interialisation

fat32 is only for flashing the box

One more question Silver.....

I am going to use a MicroSD card for the EPG and timeshift. Do I need to initialise the SD card in the same fashion?
