new install blank screen

hi all i have just bought a zgemma h2s , from here when turning on box to set up it just says boot shows open atv for a few seconds then the numbers on front go to 99 then blank screen . i have tried to turn on box with wooshmans image via usb but exact same and tried sucmnseei have exact same , boot numbers on front top 99 then blank . i have searched the site but takes me to install images but i cant get past boot can anyone help
when ordering on zgemma uk he says turn it on have a play with it then pick your image but i can not get past boot then blank ,,
any help .. please
 
Yeah it should go through the initial setup on first boot. Saw your post in the zgemma thread and they should sort it out for you. ;)
