Hello there is a setting no ones mentioned this works on virgin media superhubs i know youre on talk talk so am i. I have no issues but my provider runs a vpn. Check if the router has a firewall enabled that prevents the stream on virgin media hubs. Ive not logged into my talktalk router for ages as i dont have any issues. You might have to reset your router before you login as theres a bug in the latest firmware.

What model is your talktalk router ? have you got a Huawei HG633?

you can also port forward a specific range that your zgemma is using. I used to do that with certain games that needed certain ports to run on.

You say your provider is fine which it is when being accessed though another provider. If talktalk have blocked the servers IP address you will need a vpn - or your provider will need to change IP which is what they mean by saying the provider has got around the blocks.

I have turned all the safe surfing rubbish off in my talktalk account to avoid any issues that may cause.

To change your talktalk dns to google's dns in your router, screen shots below:

And click Save. The router will then reboot and use the new DNS servers.

Thanks for all the useful posts. Upon searching through the router settings I discovered safe mode was on. Decatived it, restarted the router and IPTV worked.
