I tried rich and just says USB update on the wee front screen then goes back to wooshbuild load up screen, doesn't actually say flash

Download image and then extract the zgemma folder to a fat 32 USB. Turn box off place USB in back of box Switch box on Should sat FLSH

Okay tried that and still no joy, is there any way to reset the box by holding a button? Or anything

Try doing a low level format using a program called hdd guru then a full Windows format. ( not Quick ) on USB first and reload

I have found that sometimes you do have to hold in the power button on front for a few seconds to get the box to flash from usb.

So today I tried to run a H2H Zgemma with just a single sky cable but couldn't get any signal, but when I shotgunned it using a rf to f converter into the port it worked ok, is it not possible to run these boxes of just a single tuner?

vix is not supported on them boxes mate so you wont get the feeds via plugins
