Hi ive got a new octagon 8008 4k sat box, i have been using xtreamtv app, i have a 1 month sub but every week or so, its like my account dissapears. When i go to load my current profile it is saying profile can not be validated. I had same issue the other week then suddenly started working again ?

Has your provider changed something has the mac code changed on the app to what you sent provider it could be down to the app loos of Internet to the box provider end speak to your provider why people still use xtreamtv app
