Did virgin install the hub?I had hub 3.0 replaced with another 3.0 and now it's not working after few days of installing. Done everything you can imagine. Is there a way round?
I installed it, activated via text, yes I tried to reconnect my old one and that didn't come on at all.Did virgin install the hub?
Have you phoned them to activate it?
They need the mac address, all instructions come with the new hub.
You can't use just any hub as it's locked to your account
