Newbie on attempting whooshbuild download

Have just clicked on download button for initial whooshbuild v5, it sends me to an empty page where a message says this site is for renewall!! Then if i try again I get another message that says Slowdown, you must wait 47 seconds before downloading again?

Presume I'm doing something wrong but what please?

There are a few DNS issues at the moment.
If your able to change your DNS server to googles public DNS server it will work
I use googles DNS server in my router settings and just checked the base build link and its working fine

OK if you have no idea what I mean your probably better off waiting until tomorrow when things should be back to normal
