newbie question

hi all newbie here and prob going to annoy some with this question but here goes
im looking at getting a digital receiver for obvious reasons
which is the best to get is it starview kryptview or something else
which is the easiest to use and most reliable cost effective in the long run
in a virgin cable area

if it's cable you want then kryptview a780 you will not need to pay subscription or starview 6/7 and you pay for 6 month £25 or £45 for 12 month
