To the OPs original post... he didn't even go with a Newbie. He went with a member.... who is definitely more established than a newbie on this forum. Just goes to show that unfortunately bad people are everywhere and it sucks. Due diligence is important... no matter what!
Thanks for all the support guys. It was a server issue and it took him a while to reply to me. All good. I just panicked too early because it's my first time using Plex.

Glad it all worked out. Most time it’s a communication issue. I always recommend signing up with folks who have support channels available to their customers. Discord, Telegram… whatever it may be. Not everyone checks here all the time. They may be more active in their groups!
My advice with any newbie/new service is always take the shortest option/s possible until you are comfortable with the level of trust in the relationship and ask as many questions as you can!
