No channels with iptv service

Hey guys not sure if I'm posting in the right section or not. I have a iptv service the over a year and its been great, no issues at all. Yesterday all the channels vanished saying 'No channel name' where all the channel catagories used to be.

I recently had a problem with my internet and the provider sent me out a new router and it seems that where all the problems started? Ive tried switching back routers but no joy.

Anybody know how to fix this?

Turn TV off then at socket wait 5 minuites get your provider to delete playlist then get him to resend has mac changed on app if not then uninstall, and re install, smart iptv app

Thanks mate the unistalling and restalling the app worked a treat
