No ftp/telnet/openwebif from pc

Hello everybody.
I have a zgemma h5 with open atv 7.0 and, since formatting my pc, I can't access it anymore. No ping, no openwebif, no ftp, no echannelizer, no telnet.
The box is correctly connected to the network, and, in fact, I can access all those things from my cell phone.
What could it be on my computer preventing connection to the box?
I have formatted it before, and it has never given me this kind of issue.

Has the pc got internet connection?
Check the network settings on the computer

The connection works ok on the pc.
Firewall is not active.
Only setting I actually changed is the dns (cloudfare)

YES, "pabloescaban is right" check your Internet, paying special attention to the DNS Server Settings.
My answer was a fraction too late you had answered before i posted my reply..
BUT, YES..... CHECK the DNS SERVER settings, I had the a similar problem.

I changed the dns to opendns but that didn't work.
Changing the usb port of my wifi usb tplink did the trick.
Any clue as to what the hell was that??!?
