No service names on fresh image

Hi guys,

I have a fresh image I built (H5.2TC) and all works fine on my boxes. A friend has flashed his box with it but is getting no service names as per the picture. Strangly the service names show in the last scanned bouquet but not the others.

He has changed the net id in ABM etc and said it is correct.

Has anyone else seen this before?

Thanks dsayer. I will ask him to try that. I advised deleting buquets and re-scanning in ABM but missed out the service searching step.

Is this a common issue, i.e everytime you flash a cable box? (my background is sly so still learning the cable side)

No not normally with n/a channels but channel name chages can be a pain to change
