No signal in Fuerteventura - Sorted now

My lad as just landed in Fuerteventura and he cant get a signal on his phone. The phone is a Samsung S8 and on the BT network
All roaming, using the phone abroad etc are turned on
His girlfriends phone is ok and she is able to ring and text like normal
As anyone any ideas as to why his phone wont work or whether he has to manually change some settings

Try turning off then back on then go to network providers on phone and see if it will scan for a network available does bt share a network with anyone like 02 ee ect

Hes tried that and some other suggestions that he found online but no luck yet
10 days without a phone will kill him

If he's in a foreign country with his girlfriend I'm sure he'll find something to do

Thats what I said and his reply was mother!! and then he hung up on me.

Sorted now he rang BT and they reset something so all working now
