No signal on Kryptview

jock what firmware on the box ,needs to be at least jan update ,then plug into router ,update to april firmware ,or try downloading april update and flashing to box,turn off box then unplug router turn back on , scan for channels when that is complete plug in router, let me no if you have allready tried this or how you get on ,sorry not been able to help been away.
