Non working service

I paid a provider for IPTV for 3 devices 2 days ago, but it still isn't working. I have been messaging regularly and get the odd reply, but mostly it's just me asking for an update or help. Any suggestions on what I should do? What's the protocol here?

Why did you pay for a non working service?

Did he charge for a year but it only lasted the (free) 24 hours test time?

If he doesn't respond via PM here, contact an admin by PM and they will take it up with him. Don't name anyone in public

I bet you did not follow the advise given in post 1 of the request section did you ??

Its there for a very good reason to protect members from new members who come on here just to sell.

They give nothing back to the forum and make a quick buck sell for peanuts then scarper off.

Contact any of the admin staff and they will help resolve it for you.

I used a trial which I liked, so I contacted him and paid for a year sub.

Will message admin. I would never name them as I'm ever the optimist and hoping that it can be cleared up still 🤣

You know what, I did read it, then completely forgot when it came time to choosing a sub 🤦 I remembered this morning and checked out his profile, and like you say, he is a new user. Lesson learned I suppose.

You can still message Admin.
If he's up to no good he'll be banned, if he's genuine, he'll sort the sub or a refund

Don't ever opt for a year of service until you've affirmed that the seller is providing you a proper level of customer care. Remember with these relationships, it's their job to earn your business.

I always suggest to trial, 1-3 month sub to test the seller, then look at longer options. You are your own best advocate.

The forum gives you guidance. Probably best to follow it.

Could be a legit reason but newbies have no track record on here and although mods do try to put rules in place people do get scammed always by newbies

Veterans and VIP value there membership more than selling a single sub
