on my zgemma h2h vm cable stopped working on some channels and some comes on straight way, i got in touch with the supplier and said do a fresh scan of your channels/autobouqets . how do i need to do this please.

pess menu setup reception autobouquetmaker then on left start scan

then exit out then green button epg importer then press blue button sources then scroll to rytec uk sat/virgin xmltv and press then tick all 6 boxes that open then green to save then yellow to update epg it will ask you just click yes

also go to menu setup reception autobouquetsmaker and scroll to update provider files if your still having trouble with your channels and you should also have your box set so it does a scan every morning at 7 and your epg set to update at 7.30 thats what i have mine set to and it gets done automatic then every morning

Are the ones that have disappeared the BT sports channels by any chance?

They've gone for good so don't waste time faffing about with the equipment
