Nvidia Shield help request

Hi all, not posted for a while.

I’ve got an Nvidia Shield which I absolutely love, but, been wondering, is there any way to stream FROM the shield to something like, an ipad, laptop or pc that’s upstairs but all on the same internal network ?
I have teaTV and other movie streaming apps, but, if the wife is watching tv, is there a way I can watch something without using the tv and stream to another device ?

The shield is a decent Plex server, which is fine for recorded materials and can handle a library of pretty much any size.

For Live TV, if you have an E2 box already, Openwebif is ok for streaming to most devices on the same network.
