Maybe need to untick the option from EPG Importer.can anyone help? I've moved to a new provider and all works correctly but even though I've deleted the old provider the EPG is still loaded with their channel info (but no longer populated) is it possible to delete this irreverent info?
but if I do that I won't get my new provider infoMaIybe need to untick the option from EPG Importer.
Remove your old provider, untick the option for it.That's what i'm thinking anyway you still have the old provider ticked to download the EPG.but if I do that I won't get my new provider info
I've tried all of that the old provider has been removed but anything I try its still there hence my question hereRemove your old provider, untick the option for it.That's what i'm thinking anyway you still have the old provider ticked to download the EPG.
Have you deleted the old provider in EPG Importer plugin ?can anyone help? I've moved to a new provider and all works correctly but even though I've deleted the old provider the EPG is still loaded with their channel info (but no longer populated) is it possible to delete this irreverent info?
its not in thereHave you deleted the old provider in EPG Importer plugin ?
Go to autobouqetsmaker, click delete all bouquets.its not in there
if I uninstall EPG importer how do I get it back? other ones I delete never reappear in the downloadable fileIts possible the EPG.dat file still hold in from your last provider, delete it .
Youll find it in media/usb or media/hdd depending on how your setup then reboot and download the EPG again with EPG Importer.
If that does not work i would uninstall EPG Importer then reinstall it, blank slate.
Re download your provider channels in BMX then open EPG Importer and tick the epg for your provider and then yellow button to manually download.
I'm sure I tried that but I'll try againGo to autobouqetsmaker, click delete all bouquets.
Then go back to bmx and create bouquets
Once all the dead bouquets are removed and new once created, update epg as normal.I'm sure I tried that but I'll try again
didn't make any difference, as I said theres no info in the lists but all the individual channels are listed just as before I'm hesitant to remove any plugins as they never appear back in the ti install list.Once all the dead bouquets are removed and new once created, update epg as normal.
It wasn't an epg problem, it was blank bouquets/channels from old provider
You must have your old provider details still in bmx, it's creating old and new bouquets, the old ones are dead.didn't make any difference, as I said theres no info in the lists but all the individual channels are listed just as before I'm hesitant to remove any plugins as they never appear back in the ti install list.
no its been deleted 100% unfortunately I don't have any means to edit files on the sf8008You must have your old provider details still in bmx, it's creating old and new bouquets, the old ones are dead.
I dont use bmx now but I think you can remove old playlists in main menu, failing that, you can edit it in playlists.txt file
You can login via filezilla, navigate to etc/enigma2/jediplaylists folder.no its been deleted 100% unfortunately I don't have any means to edit files on the sf8008

Its possible the EPG.dat file still holds epg data from your last provider, delete it .
