I bought an Octagon SF8008 twin tuner back when U.K Sat was meant to be back (June 2021) obviously it didn't come back and its sat in its box ever since, its basically brand new, I've been out the Satellite game for quite some time now and I was wondering what can be done with the box these days, I only have a fixed sly dish so I presume it's no good for me now, is it worth anything? I was going to offer it in here for sale but just wanted an idea as to what can be done if anything with it.

Sell it or use for IPTV?
 
There's still quite a few packages that will open with a decent OSCAM line. Swing your Sky dish round to 19.2e and you will be able to pick up Sky DE and most of the German PSB and French TNTSAT channels.
