Medical staff having to be upto date on jabs is nothing new.

Spot on. I mentioned earlier they aren't taking into account the fact that a load of NHS staff have already had it and have much longer lasting anti bodies. Like with other inoculations they're required to take, If they have anti bodies they don't have to take specific vaccines to work in the NHS.

I just saw this on Twitter earlier today. Nurses didn't know where to look and clearly don't agree with it. Hats off to that Doctor for standing his ground and speaking up.

There's nothing wrong with testing those that don't want it for antibodies. Especially those working in jobs that require it. They do anyway for other occultations working in NHS.
If 80+% of the UK is vaccinated and we are having record breaking daily cases, much higher than the year previous when no one was vaccinated. It doesn't take a genius to figure out it's not very good at stopping transmission..

His demeaning tone to that doctor was not called for as he was just stating facts which clearly the politician did not like.
Occultations ( 😆 ) aside, it's not feasible to test 60 million people, they're giving the vaccine away for free, Christ only knows what it would cost to test everyone.
Fine if doctors and nurses don't want it, they should pay for an antibody test themselves to see whether they are covered or not
So what does that make the doc there then?
NHS and care workers can get an antibody test for free.
