Only Able To Recieve Channels 1 to 5

Hi all I am relatively new to this...

This morning it appears I have lost a number of channels. I am only able to receive channels 1 to 5. I have tried resetting my box and doing a service scan.

I noted that there was a Sly Broadband update which turned on my Sly Shield. I have turned this off.

Has anyone else had this issue? Is this linked to the other channels going down? Does anyone have any other suggestions.

I am running Zgemma H2s with IPab image.

If shields off try restarting the ccam

Also I know others that have turned the shield off them turn router and box 9ff for 5 mins powered both back up and got all channels working

Id get intouch with your line provider and check it's active

Spoken with my line provider and its a server issue their end. So nothing I can do but sit and wait. Thank you Nickyd186 for your help though.

How do you know if the shield is on guys?

I got an email from sly this morning to say they had updated my shield. Logged on and viewed my account and could access the settings from there to turn it off. My provider still hasn't been able to fix their server so looks like I've got use Kodi for the football tonight.

i have just checked mine i think my line has run out and the guy that did it for me dont do it anymore

Funnily as I wrote my last post they restored their servers. So I am back up and running.
