Only some channels showing a signal ?

Hi,

Just set up a zGemma for my dad. All channels with a signal.

But take it to his and some of the channels don't have a signal. IE the BBC channels show and have a signal, but others just show SNR as 0

do you think it could be the box, or the cable \ dish \ LNB ?

And whats the best way to trouble shoot it?

cant be the box as you stated you set it up presumably at your place take it to your fathers and most channels are not working so can only be his Dish,LNB,Cable

might be an older lnb causing the problem
