openbox and virgin

evening people, i hope I'm in the right section......

I'm having trouble setting my box to virgin wifi.... have i come to the right area? i have checked a few posts put up but nothing really helping..

I plugged mine directly into the virgin router via a Ethernet cable

iv checked about 20 pages on the open box on here and nothing helps what so ever,

mines showing as connected to the hub so i have no issues there, but the instruction book is not very clear on setting up to scan, i would love some help on this topic too. like a step by step guide for very new beginners .

not sure to be honest as iv never used nothing like this before, the last box i had was a starview years ago , so I'm ver new to this.

If it's openbox v8s it's a sat box not a cable box mate, are you looking to scan for vm channels?
