Openbox offline every couple of days

Every 2 or 3 days when I get up in the morning my v8 and f5 box channels are scrambled. I check lines and they say offline. The only way to get them back online is to switch boxes off and back on. My friends on same server with openbox v8 don't seem to have this problem. Is there a setting in my boxes doing this or is it my internet as I have BT but none of my friends have BT.

if you switch everything off every night make sure you turn router on and leave boxes till about 2 minutes later to turn on

I just leave everything on at night. Maybe it's router then going into power saving mode. Thanks for reply's.
