Openbox showing offline

Newbie
A friends openbox v8s will not go online with the line that's provided to them. Supplier says it's ok his end but still showing offline. Tried turning Internet router off and on again and restarting box but still showing offline. Any ideas guys would be welcomed. I'm trying to help over the phone so bit awkward.

I had similar problem before but that was with server not the box.
 
request a test line in the right section and then you can see if the line is the problem,Also check if any of the apps are working to see if the internet connection is working
 
guys have same problem im using tp-link router connected it up yester worked fine did few adjuments on channels and stopped and diconntected and wired up again worked now gone put tp-link on my du02 to restart network connects fine works when put home bb in openbox v8s works weird any ideas guys

Tp links works well in master power sockets which uses your electricle wiring arround your home not extension sockets check if you are not using any extension sockets.
 
Turn of Smart manager off if BT and similar on Virgin and Sly. I do have one of my 3 boxes that does not seem to like one room at all?
