Openbox V5s goes off during day

Hi can any1 help I have 2 Open boxes at 2 different addresses, at one address which ever box I try goes off during the day. I have just done a speed test on Internet and its 55.26 download speed and 3.22 upload speed. both internets are Vi*gin. thanks for any help.
 
2 different lines from different people. I don't get it, as my box works ok but went off at me dads today but internet is ok, I now have me dads box which works at my house during the day. I would say Internet but it's reading that it's ok lol
 
Thanks reaper but not sure what im looking for as loads of links to download don't know which one it is ha ha
 
Once installed then instead of using usb key uou can upgrade firmware and channel lists by going---Menu--network settings---network upgrade--connect to server---then choose your upgrades.
