Openbox v8s - No signal

Hi, I'm trying to set up my OpenBox v8s. I've just had sky Q installed and I get the no signal message. Although when I try to connect to other satellites such as Astra and Hotbird, I get the channels from there no problem. I've also put in my line and I get all the paid channels through this. This isn't ideal as I've set up numerous other boxes in friends houses through the Sky UK 28A and it's absolutely perfect.
I'm pretty sure it's something to do with the type of LNB on the latest sky Q dish having read these forums, just looking for any other advice. Quite a noob with this stuff to be fair
 
Yep, it's the LNB, my mate had the same problem he replaced it with a hybrid LNB and it works fine
using sky Q and his box.
 
Wow, thanks for the quick response. Do you mean a Sky Q Hybrid LNB? Looking at Ebay and they're not the cheapest!
 
I'm not sure of the exact type, somebody will probably chip in more detail
he just said he had it changed for a hybrid LNB, he knows a sky fitter
who supplied it for him.

Just looked on Ebay, says it does Sky Q, Sky + HD and Single feed boxes (SD boxes)
so it sounds about right.

Cheers lads, bought a quad lnb off Amazon for a tenner. Out with the old, in with he new. Voila. Fantastic work guys
