openbox v8s server online and connected to internet but still not working

my openbox v8s is connected to the server and connected to the internet but still dosent work, im starting to think the only thing that can be stopping the channels from playing is my internet supplier blocking them. is that possible? what can i do to stop it

ive had several test lines from the supplier and none of them are working. It was working 2 weeks ago for over a year with no problems and since i purchased a new line it is not working. I just cant figure out how its not working if the server is online and the internet connection is okay and the channel list is updated. Ive done 5 of these boxes in the past and all of them were for friends and family and they are all still working

u have to delete old line off box in newcamd.list or cfg first then add new

ive already done that mate. I always make sure my camm line is deleted and my channels are deleted before i update them

Ensure the information format within newcamd.list is the one above.

You scared me, so had to double check. It was a copy & paste of my line with key information altered.

the cam.cfg is online. I think im going to get a test line to see if that works

the test line works. must just have been a dodger server. can anyone please recommend a reliable stable server that wont scramble on me within a couple of months?
