MEGA OS MEGA and Samsung smart tv remote

Hi, I have an OS Mega box running openvix and a Samsung Q60 smart TV . My problem is that I cannot get the Samsung smart remote to operate the OS Mega box.

I have contacted Samsung support and they suggest it is a problem with the box.

Does anyone have any ideas about this?

Hi gilvey, yes I can and it looks like that is what I will have to do. It was just that the Samsung Smart remote is more compact and easier to handle.
