hi all when I opened outlook today and reading my emails I tried clicking on a link but instead of taking me there it came up with this message this operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer, please contact your system administrator .
ive never seen this before and im set as administrator can anyone help on what I need to do please to change it
