Partial epg guide

Hi all, im running iptv on zgemma star 2s. It is ipab tv with sky q skin. My epg never seems to be fully updated. For example on the sports section the sd channels seem to update but the hd channels are blank with no info. Anybody any ideas? Thanks

Do you have a CLINE running on the Box?
Do you have the EPG linked to your USB or Hard Drive to Update every night?

Not too sure what CLINE is? Yes EPG is linked to hard drive
