PC Hotkeys help!

sorry if in the wrong forum.....but anyone know if its possible to assign a key on PC...to perform a sequence of other keys? e.g assign F1 to be enter, F, Space, in a sequence not at the same time.

I used to use a program called Sharpkeys but not used it for a long time but you could remap keys with that.
