Hi lads can anyone recommenend a tool I can use to show the most important sections of long reports issued in pdf format? I don't want to use the reader to put in bubbles that explain sections, I just want to put a red hand drawn box around a few paragraphs and write in a few words. Not sure what I can use to write with either. Thanks and hope this not too boring!
