Is there something wrong with the app?

I can't exit the app or get in to the settings. This on multiple devices, too.

Normally to exit the app you double-press the. “Back” key

Yeah not working. Tried on my phone and my android box. Tried re-installing the app, too

Can anyone advise of a different app to use?

Regarding the problem with the app? Because I've just found out if I uninstall the app and re-install, I can navigate out of the app normally. The problem seems to happen when I install the URL and epg
