Perseid meteor shower tonight

Up to a hundred shooting stars per hour visible in night sky.
You need somewhere away from light pollution preferably.
When you go outside, allow your eyes 15 minutes to get used to the dark and you should start seeing them.
If it's cloudy you probably won't see anything but they're here until 24th August, or I should say, we are there, in the debris from the Swift Tuttle comet, they range from a grain of sand to a metre across, the bigger ones explode in a fireball as they hit the Atmos but the wee ones leave a trail visible to the naked eye, you don't need binoculars or telescope
