It is meant to launch tomorrow according to
Forthcoming changes to digital platforms (UK & Ireland) – TVCL – TV Channel Lists

28.2 changes are normally on Tuesday or Thursday.

It is currently FTA on 28.2

That is the date it gets added to the offcial list. It is already broadcasting, they normally start a few days before. If you are using a Freesat receiver, there is a non-freesat mode that will allow you to scan in channels not on the Freesat lineup.

If you have an Enigma2 receiver, the frequency has been posted above. It takes a few button pushes and 10 seconds to scan the transponder. If you use ABM, enabling not-indexed channels will also bring it in too.
