picture freezing on kryptview box

the picture on my kryptview keeps freezing..the cable from the supplier is going directly into the box and i've checked that there's no loose connections.anyone with any idea what could be causing the problem?

have you checked you have your setting correct on your box

should be pal

should be cvbs or rgb

check them both are you using a splitter on your cable are you using the loop out on the bottom of the box as well

you can always factory default and rescan your box

Pictures freezing and breaking up

Yes I have various channels freezing and then breaking up.
When a s/w update comes along they get fixed but then other channels go!!
All channels have only worked on the March 08 version.
At the moment Gold,watch and Alibi are breaking up.

There is a lot of breakup on certain chans recently, such as Set Sp 1, its down to the CC ann the signal,

I had this problem as well, but the factory default and rescan seems to have sorted it.
