Pixalation

Hi been getting a bit of pixalation on my vuduo2 on vm never used to get any at all and a bit of freezing on my iptv but only seems to be early in the day could my splitter go bad over a couple of weeks have my downstream readings for you guys to digest Thanks

I'm not an expert on power levels so will leave that to someone else but splitters do go but depends how old it is. If you mean it was a new splitter a couple of weeks ago then it's unlikely to be that and I would be tempted to check your cables.

As for IPTV freezing in the mornings, If thats just been for the past few weeks then I wonder if that is down to the fact a lot of people in your area are home using the internet so you're not getting the speeds you would normally. ie kids streaming videos and playing games etc. but I could be wrong.

I pulled at the joint to try and lift it with the intention of looking and it’s stopped the pixelation so I think I may get new splitter and cable they are about 8 months old cheers Grog
 
I know naff all about power levels but as grog mentioned the UK Internet infrastructure can't cope with the mass demand since lockdown so isp could be reducing speeds bandwidth ect to cope with the demand
