Play Music From Cigarette Car Lighter

I wonder if there is a device that I can insert into my car cigarette lighter (older car) to play music from a USB memory stick & how does it work?
Just wondering if the audio will play through my car speakers.

Ali has a bunch with USB ports and Bluetooth. They're usually around 5-15 quid shipped.
