Please help, channels gone

just brought two boxes things have been great but tonight I have no premium channels just FTA
nto sure about servers and things but can't contact the guy I got them off and thinking there's an issue.
can anyone help? Where can I get servers and get things back up and running?
any advise would be appreciated

No details, but where did you get your lines/servers from? You can try restarting your line by going to Menu > Infopanel > Softcam Panel then press green to restart. HTH.

Also, in the same menu, instead of pressing green press yellow for info, then servers. There should be a green light next to your line details.
 
They came with the box, all installed I believe ?

I can't see infopanel
 
Try blue, sofcam manager there should be a calm highlited press yellow to restart

If that doesn't work try rebooting router and box then restart cam
