PLEASE HELP! ZGEMMA H2H STUCK

Really need help with my gzemma h2h box need to insert a line for iptv it loads the screen comes On then while Loading gets stuck on channel 49 I think I need someone to control my computer and sort it out. Any help pls
 
stopping at 49 is normally a skin or plugin issue, what skin are you using? have you added any plugins ? what build have you got on the box?

Sucumise I think I remember using this months back just dug it back. Can u please control my laptop and help me plssssss
 
I'm not sure how up to date Sucumise is, you might need to reflash your box with an up to date image
 
There are no downloads anymore, you flash ATV for your box and then use terminal or putty to flash the build.
 
I'm at work so you will either have to search the forum and do some reading or hope that someone else is willing to give up their afternoon for you I'm afraid.
