Popping Sound from Soundbar on adverts on Zgemma H2s

Hi All,

I've just got a Zgemma H2s and have noticed that when a program goes to a ad break I sometimes get a loud Popping noise from the soundbar and then again when the adverts have finished and it returns back to the program.

I'm guessing its something to do with a mismatch with the audio formats of the adverts vs the tv programe??

Its a 6 Series Samsung TV and a J250w Samsung soundbar. Auto volume is set to off on the TV

Does anybody have any ideas what I can do to stop this?

You can try changing the source from say Dolby to thx or what ever is on your amp

I have something similar when I change volume, sometimes it pops a bit.

Ate a Samsung tv with Zgemma plugged into that on hdmi.

then hdmi back out of tv on the ARC hdmi port to amp with pass through and what not all switched on.

Doesnt bother her me as not very loud. Also only happens if volume changes from say 10 to 60 quite quickly. Normal use, smaller stages of volume changes doesn't do it.

Yours sounds different but this might show some sort of pattern or something to think about. - maybe not!!!!
