Portal loading to bank screen

Hi,
I have factory reset, reset router, etc multiple times.

Provider says portal is working fine and they are using it.

My stb loads up to the portal loading screen then goes to blank screen, led goes to faded white and remote is unresponsive except for settings which allows me into system settings.

Any ideas what is going on or what I can do?

Mine and my brothers Mag is doing the same, provider says it's down to a ddos attack on the source and it's affecting certain Mag connections. No Idea how long until it's fixed.

Have done and the trial works, that's identified the problem with my provider then, cheers.
