Power Cut -can not download firmware for A780

Hi ,

I have lost the power in the house , turn the tv on no channels only fta , try to download firmware keep getting message:
Cant open serial portCom1
Please check if the com port has the following parameteres.
Baudrate 115200bps
Parity:no parity
Databyte:8bit/data
Stopbit:1
Please help ?

Was it picking up the premium channels before the powercut?.

Went to installation, Data download or s/w update and all premium channels are back .
