anyone help cannot install brother all in one printer after inserting disk



screen showing has not located windows logo testing to verify its compatability with windows xp

even disk installed Also says FILE BRDP PDD ON BROTHER INKJET PRINTER DRIVER DISK IS NEEDED

will your pc look on the internet for drivers/update drivers.
Is it a new pc or new printer? or are they ones you have had for some time and just trying to re install
The more info you can give us the more help we can give.
Have you loaded disk and then looked for set up?

Have you installed the drivers while the printer is disconnected then restart then connect printer via usb and it should prompt you for drivers and you hit next/yes all the way through then it should be done.

thank,s for your replies very grateful for your help. After 2 day,s of trying to install from disk without success i decided to have one more go EUREKA SUCCESS it has finally gone all the way and installed it....
