Hi Guys I am a newbie but seem to be having a bit of an issue. I just bought a Sazbox S5 on the 18/01/14 from Ilford but ever since I seem to be running into one problem or the other. This is what happened:
1. My dish was slightly off. So I've corrected that and I get 90%.
2. Something went wrong with the LAN port on the box. I took it back to ilford but the guy didnt solve the problem but instead gave me a usb wifi dongle to connect.
3. I came home only to find the dongle keeps dropping and my wifi off its list and finds a whole load of other AP's. Even when it sometimes does connect, it drops the connection after 10mins or so.
4. I went back to ilford to complain to the guy but he gave me a new dongle. I came back home tried that and guess what ... the same problem!
Now I think that I can fix these problems by updating the software on this box but I have no idea where to even begin. Someone please help!
P.S. I should go back change the darn box shouldn't I?
