Putting cline in another box

Hi my f5s has broken so I wanted to know if I buy another box how can I get the gift which I have on this one now to the new box. Thanks

You dont say what is the problem with your f5 box,you can recover them if its bricked

It does not come on at all anymore

If there is a faint red light on the front then its caput,In that case you cant recover your gift of the box,cant you contact your provider

If you have your line details they can be put in another box no problem.

I don't see how you can get your line details from a box that doesn't switch on though lol

put in new box and away you go

as long as its only active in any 1 box at any time

If the box just doesn't fire up then try another power supply unit before throwing out window.
