Question on box forgetting vm cable tune!

Setting up my nano 3t combo for VM.

done the service scan and got all the channels in the epg. Put my line on via FTP and rebooted the box and then all the channels in the epg just said n/a apart from the FTA ones. Having to scan again now which takes about 10 mins each time!

how can I stop the box loosing channels every time it is restarted?

Argh rescanned and now getting nothing! They all show up on the screen during scanning but don't appear in the epg :-(

Are you using Autoboquet maker to scan ?

Having same problem with my zgemma h1, Sly channels stay the same but vm channels disappear overnight, guessing when autobouquets does its scan. Have you found any solution yet?

Are the cable channels there in order but without any guide info, if so just go to vm all channels, then click on previews and leave for 2 mins
and all your program guide will appear.
