quick question regarding flashing the kv 780

ive set the box up and i can receive the basic channels like bbc/itv etc however i can't get the sports or movies. just says scrambled no signal. is this because i haven't flashed the box for the first time yet via a pc/laptop? i'd really appreciate any help :S confused

If you haven't already you will have to flash it.

as that is an old file,you will need to do a s/w update online to get the latest update before you scan for channels.
